BBA does not favor aces, it simply counts HCP (sometimes subtracting ugly points) and analyzes the number of tricks. He didn't count 10 here.

When partner invites, you should evaluate your hand in the given context. Is the hand min or max, not try to guess your partners hand ands count to 10. This is not min
