Please do newer rebid 1N showing 12-14 with 16 HCP - and update the explanation

Either open 1N, reverse or rebid 2C

In my book the North hand is a GF opposite 12-14, and should just bid 4S (or a GF 2D)

Similar problem. Do not rebid 1N. It is good enough for a reverse, and 3D makes no sense as it is to play, and 3N is wrong as 3D is to play.

Here all the errors ends in the right contract but playing with a human it will go wrong
