Bad double of 2D 3H is wrong as we play superaccept that will show a doubleton club

After the retransfer it could look like there is another error as BEN cuebids in 3S (NS is switched to make BEN declarer) image

The final double makes no sense

Yes, the final double makes no sense. I propose following rule: if we bid preemptive after opponents' game, we shall double only with 3 certain tricks (Ace in our suit does not count). But BBA must be aware that it is in the "we are preeptive" state, so it can apply this rule.
