Opening on a 10 count is absolutely subminimum, so Pass to 3H looks right, then after Norths second T/O double South should bid 3S.
If South must bid, then X is absolutely terrible as it denies 4S - typical 3-1-4-5 and extra.
Actually BEN bid 4C, and then North did not raise to 5C - very strange
