X here is typical 17-19 with no better bid

BBA would not negative double in north, but the hand fits the explanation

Double of 1S is typical 18-19 The East hand is with 3334 just a normal 2H, not a limit+ raise

And if X was 3-card, then North is showing longer diamonds, so South should not bid 2S, but 3D
