How is BBA counting HCP and points? #605

Here the description match the hand, but South still pass.

HCP (4321) are simply added up and the ugly points subtracted (here -1). Total points are counted in quite complicated procedures. Long points and short points are taken into account. It is difficult to describe how to count, but I will give examples:

for void 0-8 points
for singleton 0-6 points
for doubleton 0-3 points
for trump - 0-30 points
for side suit - 0-4 or more.

Here, the bot considered J ugly because it assumed that the partner did not have a hcp in this suit. But this is difficult to determine.
