As we agreed to not always prefer major over minor with 5m 4M after a t/o double, I propose following rule: After preempt - double - pass with 5c minor and 4 card major if bidding major is on a lower level then bid major

With the hand above - 3s is lower than 4c -> bid 3s

counter example:

3c x pass (we have 5d and 4s) as 3d is lower than 3s, bid 3d
