Look at the description for 3C
One rule you should implement:
Opener can not show a limit+ raise
If opener cue bid to show support it is a slam try (so at least an ace extra to the opening)
As 2H not is GF, south can jump to 4H or splinter in 3S, as in latest version, when letting North bid 2H
