I assume T/O is wrong without 3 spades, and NT not possible without a stopper, but Pass is even more wrong.

1H or D or even a heavý 1N

As usual 2D should not be a Limit+ bid but a stronger hand. And even in your system I doubt that Qx is support. Besides that East has a normal 1S response to the T/O double. This is not a situation where 1S is 5, but just showing some values and 4-card spade. As usual 1H from North just helped the opponents

Oh, yes, WBridge5 got a bad result by doubling on the West hand. Actually at the table South (BEN) found a strange 2H bid, so the result was 3HX down 2 against 1D making
