Wrong implementation of Inverted minor #645

2N is a 12-14 NT typical with majors stopped

So this is wrong image

and this is more right image

Why is GIB right?

I have generated 10 mill random deals and 500 with inverted minors. After the sequence

1Mi - (P) - 2Mi - (P) 2N -(P)

There is no boards where partner bid less than 3N, so please fix it These are response for clubs image
