This basically is the same as inverted minor. 2S is not GF, so 2N is 12-14 bal hand type. 3N is 18-19

8643 - BBA has problems after preempts. North should not pass to 3s. North could double for take out, bid 4d or something else.

I think a simple rule is - if partner opens and we have a game forcing hand (12)13+ we cannot let opponents play undoubled. So pass should not be 8-14 but 8-11. image
