Wrong bidding after cuebid in competitive bidding #657

When 1s shows 8-17 as in the description, it makes no sense to jump with 9HCP. This would imply that 1d 1s p 2d p 2s shows exactly 8HCP I did not find any detailed description other than 2s shows below opening strength. Maybe something like 2s = 8-11?

I agree. From GIBs definitions I have these possible bids for North image Note that 3S is forcing, and probably better than 4S To show a medium hand GOB bids a trialbid
