With 0-5 at partner, the jump to 3H should be stronger, About 20+

Also 2H should not be bid on a minimum and a 6-card suit, it will just help the opponents

In general after 1X-(P)-P-(Some action) Opener should not bid on a minimum hand. Jumping is Invitational

In next BBA N bids pass. 16 HCP + 4 for H = 20:) S practically cannot have 20 HCP and 6 H. I will test 2H later, I have some regression. GIB bids 2H and has to bid again: image

It is still the jump to 3H that is the problem. I do not expect a passed hand to be able to cover two losers. But it is not the worst hand I have seen jumping to 3Ma here.
