66E6D8EF96D33E053A89C847EB2F West's hand is too strong for a 2s bid. West should invite by 3s. 3s = 6s 11 HCP. The explanation 8-14 HCP is also wrong. 2s shows a weak hand with approx 6-10/11 HCP

I think it is OK to bid game and not just invite.

It would be nice if we could introduce a description, like sign-off or to play

I agree. 4s is fine, too. The hand is definitely too strong for 2s which is to play.
