S is determined to play NT. Of course you are right that 2S would be good although it will result in a worse result. The fourth suit does not improve anything because it forces you to ask 4NT on hearts.
Just give North HQ instead of HK, and you will miss 2 aces.
You have some errors in 4th suit, as 3C is GF - no matter which version of 4SF, a 3-level 4th suit is GF. North now bids 3H confirming 5-5, and south can bid 3S to show slam interest and now we have the right trump suit.
So playing 2/1 you bid spades, and playing SAYC you use 4th suit firsty and then bid spades.
And still when using the right trump suit, South can decide to play 6N
A bit complicated, especially if you have to express it in binary: 10001001100001000100111100000110101110000111001100... :) We will probably get there in small steps.
I learned it at the same time I learned Stayman and weak NT, perhaps that is why it feels so simple (more than 40 years ago) _

I don't understand the 4N. If playing 2/1 just bidding 2S is a slammish hand
If playing SAYC you will have to bid 4th suit first to slow a slammish hand
General rule: Never use 4N with the wrong trump suit
