Getting kicked from server anytime I die. 1.20.1 #451

I'm playing on a self-made large mod pack on 1.20.1. And as the title states, literally anytime I die I just get kicked from the server or singleplayer world. Message (Internal Exception: Java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot invoke "net.minecraftforge.common.util.NonNullSupplier.get()" because "exceptionSupplier" is null) comes up. I look it up and nothing I can find. I know it's this mod because when I remove it, everything works again.

Could I please have logs? This isn't enough information to go off of.
