I'm not totally sure what the bug's logic is, but when I have origins installed it tags most (not all) stone and stone-adjacent blocks (so far ores are exempt) as unbreakable, no matter what I have equipped. They behave like bedrock where I can swing at them infinitely without them taking damage. I did a mod purge to discover this mod as the source, but I do have 110~ mods installed, so it may have been a compatibility issue somewhere.
I did see some mention of Curios incompatibility and I do have that installed, but upon removing that mod as well it didn't fix the issue.
If there's a work around anyone might know that would be great, but I unless there's a fix I'll have to stick to building in creative or playing without the mod.
Thank you for your time!
UPDATE: Upon further testing it appears to be an issue with the feline origin, I'm going to see what I can do to get around/fix it.
