Make it more tidyversy #64

From the start padr has been designed to interplay with dplyr. I hesitated to devote padr completely to tidyverse at the start, but I think now it can benefit from it. By allowing quotable input (bares) for the main arguments, instead of characters, the ease of use will improve. Moreover, we can solve #2 with the proposed solution by @DavisVaughan.

I am definitively leave it as it is. I works for many people in this way, not going to mess about.
