Issue with US_DRIVER_LICENSE #39

Similarly to issue #38 , there is an issue with the entity US_DRIVER_LICENSE, which is called US_DRIVER_LICENSE_NUMBER in the file pii_codex/data/v1/pii_type_mappings.csv but should be called US_DRIVER_LICENSE.
