Display only custom radio name, no metadata #370

Hi Ed,

In the radio_init file, next to the radio urls, we can put a custom name for the radio. This name appears on the webserver when we want to select a radio preset.

Could I have the screen only display those custom names? If yes, I guess I need to find in index_html.h how they are called ? And then modify esp32_radio.ino?
