Artificial delay in connecttohost()

I know it was introduced by purpose, but it also delays connections to host when it is not needed. I have a project where I would like to have a fast reaction to changes on a tuning knob. There I implemented a compromise that might be considered for general release? Solution:

• add a "flag" to the preset in preferences where you want to have a delay. That flag is "##"
• in main.cpp, add the following entry to the global data section:

  bool connectDelay = false;

• in function _String readhostfrompref ( int16t preset ), replace the last return-statement (return nvsgetstr ( tkey ) ;) by:

  String s = nvsgetstr ( tkey ) ;
  connectDelay = (s.indexOf("##") > 0);
  if ( connectDelay) 
  {
  s = s.substring(0, s.indexOf("##"));
  }
  return s;

• in function bool connecttohost(), guard the call to vTaskDelay ( 1000, ...) ; near the end by the new flag:

  if ( connectDelay )
    vTaskDelay ( 1000 / portTICK_PERIOD_MS ) ;              // Give some time to react

  Works for me so far.

To be precise, that "##" should go to the end of the _presetxx entry. Here an example (just for demonstration, that host does not need to be delayed):
