Includes new .rmdoc file information for USB-Web-interface and the specific API call #56

From the latest 3.10 beta, the ability to download .rmdoc notebook archives was added to the web-interface. It seems to work quite similar to the PDF download option, but instead of /placeholder, it uses /rmdoc

Since 3.10 is still in beta, and may change, I will hold off on merging this until it has been released to stable.

I do wanna confirm with someone whether this was a 3.10 thing or was in 3.9 and we didn't notice it

Seems like it’s also an undocumented feature in 3.9

Does it exist in 3.8 or further back? I'd like the documentation to be correct about what OS version it was added in.

Hmm, I might try and downgrade to verify that then. Tho that’s gonna take some time, going through the versions

Well that was easy enough. Checked 3.8 and it only downloads PDF, so it's safe to assume all previous versions did the same

I'll edit in the docs to account for this
