Seq game integration

Implement some simple Sequencer nodes that actually interact with the game. Think on how Nodes from the Python TAS can be combined to avoid code duplication.

• [ ] SeqMove (requires memory position + joystick interface in State). Different move types (move, climb, cliff, interact-move, bracelet, graplou, turn-to-direction, etc.). Boat/Raft movement.
• [ ] Cutscenes (both skipping dialogue through button-mashing, skipping cutscenes with B-button and speedrun mode skipping).
• [ ] Relic selection/toggling.

Also more complex things like:

• [ ] Seamlessly handling detecting entering combat.
• [ ] Bracelet puzzle
• [ ] Raft movement puzzles
• [ ] Juking (better if we know the enemy movement patterns and current positions)
