Update display of Ride Duration / Moving Time to be hh:mm:ss #45

Currently on the "GG Park to Ocean Beach to Twin Peaks" ride, the time formatting causes the youtube video box to expand and contract LOL.

We should update the display of the Time to be in the format 00:00:00 (hh:mm:ss) and may want to consider getting rid of seconds
