DMA Generate Error #5

I am working on mobilenet-person detection. I can not generate or import DMA IP. I am using Efinix Efinity 2023.1.150.2.4 version. Is it a bug? Thank you for answering.

May I know you are running Efinity software on which OS? Is this the first time you try to generate the DMA IP? Have you successfully generated that IP before? If you are using Windows, that might be due to the missing Java 64-bit run time environment. You may refer to Efinity Software User Guide, Windows Requirements section for the details.

I'm using Windows10. My java version is :

I can't generate only DMA in example project. SapphireSoC and other ips is generated. I already referred Efinity Software User Guide. Thanks for answer.
