feat: Convert static file paths to Django static tags and create reus…

• Converted image paths in various templates to use Django's {% static %} tag.
• Created partials for common components:
  • Added logo_link.html for the site logo linking to the homepage.
  • Added nav-icons.html for navigation icons.
  • Added nav-menu.html for the navigation menu.
• Updated the following templates to include the new partials:
  • account.html
  • financial-management.html
  • invoice.html
  • orders.html
  • view-item.html
  • index.html
  • base_nav.html
• Modified corresponding URLs and views to accommodate these changes.

These updates ensure that when one navigates to these files, it works seamlessly with the new static file paths and partials in place.
