Development work of past months

This pulls all my development work from the past months. Most notable improvements are:

• Revamped tutorial notebook

  • The iSCAT_analysis_tutorial notebook inside the notebooks directory contains a tutorial on simulation and ADC analysis

• ModelDB

  • new models for ADC and SD analysis can be defined by deriving from the ModelBase class
  • models can be added to or removed from the ModelDB Borg class
  • models added this way will be automatically included in ADC and SD analysis

• fitting improvements

  • added an option for logarithmic sampling of the data when fitting
  • added options for weighting data based on error, variance, inverse variance (or disabled)

• performance improvements

  • the calculation of the MSD of a track is now fully vectorized using numpy
