I have fixed following bugs for the simulator

the window name should be just "Simulator" or "TRAiT simulator"
the toggle on the gui says just "diffusion", but I'd prefer if it said "Free Diffusion"
when getting the track from free diffusion, the window that opens to visualize the track says also "hopping diffusion"
