Why are you making your suggestion?

Current WoS missiles use either normal space propulsion or impulses drives, which were either ineffective at catching targets heading away or hard to counter due to their high speed. A missile part would allow for a delivery system that can be countered to a competent degree, while still providing a part for ranged attack and customizability.

What do you propose? What should change, or what should be added?

The interceptor would have a higher top speed than other space propulsion (lets say something like 30% faster) but a low force/weight limit, with more heavily armed missiles lacking in acceleration and maneuverability. (ex: multi-staged, explosive packed, or warhead missiles might have issues with acceleration, changing velocity, and being able to be dodged if anticipated correctly, while lightly made missile might make for good fodder weapons)

Interceptors would be one use, with a limited malleability to trade between width (force) and length (propellant amount).

More than one interceptor can be on a missile/build, but will deplete all others if a new one is activated.

Why are you making your suggestion?

This suggestion would allow a fast propulsion part with limited capability that can be used to catch long distance/fleeing ships, while traveling faster than the speed of conventional propulsion methods

I would focus on why this is important, otherwise you're sort of just restating the feature itself

hopefully this change suffices
