What happened? What did you expect to happen?

I wanted to make a pistol for dragging all sorts of things using a “handle”, but my character does not move his hand along with the cursor in mode 2, and my hand moves itself the same way as in mode 0 (that is, in no way).

How can we reproduce this bug?

Сraft "handle" and configure it for "swing" - "2" while using R15 avatar.
