Why are you making your suggestion?

Realism, i guess. It would make wos players able to make oil rigs in the ocean!!!

What do you propose? What should change, or what should be added?

The planet floors are not able to be mined from, making oil rigs unfeasible. I think planet floors should be turned into a very large stone deposit (oil rig!!!!)
