Assembler making sounds despite having neither Resource nor Power #441

What happened? What did you expect to happen?

Assembler keep making sounds despite having none of Resource nor Power. And also doesn't craft anything when it happens.

How can we reproduce this bug?

I have tried to find a way but I am not sure :

Fill bin of resources up
Get Assembler to work (Attach Bins and Power to it)
When the product bin is full. Detach Power or Resource Bins
Assembler (sometimes) make sounds even without Bins and Power

(I would upload video as evidence but I don't know how to convert it to MP4)

Frequency

I can't make it happen consistently
