What happened? What did you expect to happen?

An Extractor or MiningLaser will always extract like the MaterialToExtract was set to Any, even if configured to a specific resource.

How can we reproduce this bug?

Place a Extractor or MiningLaser to extract a Mountain
Configure MaterialToExtract to a resource the Mountain outputs
Connect some bins to the mining device, each configured to a resource of Mountain
Power the mining device, observe it extracting resources the miner wasn't configured to
