What happened? What did you expect to happen?

DriveBoxes sometimes fail to spin when connected via Rods and other times continue to spin even after being disconnected from Motors/Engines.

How can we reproduce this bug?

Place a Motor and two DriveBoxes. Connect the DriveBoxes to each other via Rods and then connect one DriveBox to the Motor via a Rod. Power the Motor and notice that the DriveBoxes aren't spinning.

Or, to reproduce a slightly different form of misbehaviour:

1. Load the following model: Engine Not Working.json
2. Power the Engine and notice that the DriveBoxes aren't spinning.
3. Remove the Rod between the two DriveBoxes and notice that both DriveBoxes begin spinning.
4. Add the Rod between the two DriveBoxes back, then remove the Rod between the DriveBox and the Engine. Notice that both DriveBoxes keep spinning.
5. Remove power from the Engine. Notice that both DriveBoxes keep spinning.
