Allow old enough locked stuff from inactive users to be reclaimed more easily #68

Why are you making your suggestion?

I think that my feature is good because new players can go to new planets that were owned but the user that owned them has been inactive but has base there causing the new player to not be able to build there.

What do you propose? What should change, or what should be added?

I think that after a set amount of time the players locks become unlocked and anyone can use them so that planets are always free for new players to move in making it easier to find a planet.

I meant to put i think my feature would help because currently

blade + repairkit blade the existing base to unlock it, repair it so it's not broken from the blade

too lazy to go on github but this is horrible, what if you take a year break and nobody finds your base? mods never let this man suggest again

This is not terrible or anything as long as the lock refreshes when you rejoin. I'm not sure if I do or do not agree with this, I would prefer to address it in a slightly different way I think but I'm not sure, probably not worth considering atm due to the fact that you can still obtain the locked stuff.
