Make `Sorter` not behave like a `Diode`

What happened? What did you expect to happen?

When using the arrangement of two wiresystems connected to eachother via sorter, putting an airsupply on the side receiving from the sorter creates a magic shadow connection through the sorter. This connection allows parts on the sending wiresystem to use power stored on the other wiresystem, but does not allow powercells to receive power generated on the other wiresystem. The normal sorter behavior is also disabled.

Airsupplies can also be replaced by ions, coolers, lights, screens, and probably other things. But also not every part causes this.

The sorter is just configured to behave like a diode (it also acts like a filter), albeit this might not always be desirable, I think I will just remove this behaviour in favor of you putting a Filter/Diode in parallel.

how does a diode cause this, i dont think a diode should do this
