I changed how we count versions:

Annotation in files is now the nex major version (currently 2.3.0)
Versions in xml files that are used for builds are now dev4
The last number in the name of the .zip file is the build number, and should be always greater than that before.

If a bigger set of issues has been done, we move to a new devX version. (Don't forget changing the build number to 0 after that)

dev4 is substituted by beta followed by number, see releases and milestones
