Add recent versions of PHP, MySQL and Joomla! to package\pkg_install.php

Hey @depebo , I am not shure what do you mean. As far as I understood (wihout looking to the file), the pkg_install contains minimum versions?

it contains minimum and recommended versions, thought they should be updated what is relevant now

Where is the problem? As far I know, currently JEM is also compatible to Php 5.6 and JEM 2.5 etc. The only thing we could change is the preferred version. I think on friday I will find time...
