Rename the default JEM layout as "legacy" and the responsive part as "default" #90

With the introduction of the first responsive version of JEM it could be smart to change the naming conventions to encourage as much users as possible to use the new style.

Therefore let's rename the default as "legacy" and the responsive part as "default".
