Some textures in F1 23 apparently use a mipmap compression type that EEA doesn't understand and this issue prevents exporting the texture in full resolution. And AFAIK F1 24 doesn't use this weird mipmap compression type. I don't think there is any workaround so it would be amazing that this small issue could be fixed.
