As in the title - per-car NEFS files have a audio_car_setup.xml file and replacing it even with an identical file results in a slightly different compressed size and a softlock when loading that car in game. I don't know if it's an unimplemented compression or encryption scheme, but it's consistent.
Curiously, this does not happen with audio_dataset.xml, even if the file is modified and the compressed size changes.
