Updated swipes for C2/C3. Fixed color range for elites. #110

Fixes #99

This should take care of fleets switching when searching for elites. Apparently Saratoga's hair color is in the old range. This range is more restrictive but still works on the new event maps. I also adjusted the swipes on C2/C3 slightly.

I also see they messed with the retirement screen again so I fixed the asset + regions.
