tap batch retire button
if alert of unable to batch pops up, proceed with normal loop taps, (batch retire doesn't always select everything)
else, close the auto opened window to hand over to normal retirement procees handle_retirement(), ships that are batch selected remain selected after closing window
require "retirement/no_batch.png" - alert of unable to batch retire

doesn't it EN assets looks the same as JP?

@milkyway9dy don't worry, it's just a stub for now, it'll be the proper EN asset when it gets pushed
