aScreenCap support, general Adb command support for pushing files

AScreenCap

• Support with aScreenCap
• Support devices with Linker warnings muddling stdout
• Toggleable aScreenCap via config
• Updated requirements.txt to reflect mandatory requirement of lz4 module (conditional import wasn't working after moving aScreenCap flag into the class)
• Bundled with unmodified lib (All ARCH, Android SDK 21-25) from ClnViewer/Android-fast-screen-capture
• Support using self-downloaded aScreenCap lib ascreencap_local if no suitable lib is found in the bundled libs
• Fallback to native adb screencap if no self-downloaded lib is found

General ADB command

• Added new method in ADB class to support general ADB commands
