the old asset of menu_fleet is just the words 'Fleet', which matches with the same words in the map rewards preview menu
weirdly although it does match in every map, 8-4 is the only one so far found to have the issue of tapping region remove second fleet on the preview menu
change to 'Second Fleet' so this never happens
button_no for event
