Play/pause stops working when main window loses focus

Hi! This is a bit hard to reproduce so I've recorded a video that shows when this happens: Steps to reproduce:

1. Have a pinned tab on the background running some video/song
2. Play/pause the stream normally
3. Change focus to a different window/app
4. Try to play/pause again

Before it stops following play/pause commands (01:16 in the video) the tab stops showing the speaker icon the sound is active (00:54). Strangely enough, if you hover over the youtube tab it shows the speaker icon and responds to play/pause commands again (01:28).

It might seem an edge case (might be my setup) but happens pretty frequently and I'm not sure if its my setup.

Windows 10 Pro 20H2 Firefox 88.0b8 and 88.0b9 streamkeys-quantum 1.1.180

I've been looking at this issue some more time and I've seen that:

• Seems unrelated to other add-ons; happens on private window with them disabled too.
• Seems to happen only when using Streamkeys Quantum; when its disabled and media.hardwaremediakeys are enabled the speaker icon still disappears but play/pause responds, however Previous/Next feature is blocked by YouTube after one use which makes native use somewhat unreliable.
• Seems to happen only with YouTube; tried to reproduce this issue with Soundcloud with no success.

Seems to be solved from Firefox 90 and due/related to this bug.
