Settings should use default Visual Studio UI #24

I think it would be practical to have settings to live in the default VS Options dialog. At least that's make things a it easier to discover during first time use.

Thanks for suggestion but I decided to keep them in the Settings tab as it's way faster to access (and I change them quite frequently)
