Update project template to use current build tools #6

This PR updates the project template to use the new build tools compatible with Android Studio 2, including the gradle wrapper (updated to 2.10) and the Android build tools (updated to 2.1.0).

@cbruegg thanks! looks like it's time to get rid of zip in the repo and store just content in order to see changes
