Add 'URL' attribute in task Json #82

It would be really helpful and convenient if the URL of the problem is added as an attribute of the JSON file generated for a task. It would make it very easy for someone to visit the task webpage by just visiting the task URL found in the JSON instead of searching that problem over the web.
