Scrollbar on the left #111

Putting the scrollbar on the left side of the window is the default in
xterm and an option in rxvt, so some users would probably prefer this. It's
unusual in Windows, but it does support it using the WS_EX_LEFTSCROLLBAR
window style, so an option for this should be fairly easy to implement.

The only problem is this passage in the MSDN documentation of that style:
"If the shell language is Hebrew, Arabic, or another language that supports
reading order alignment, the vertical scroll bar (if present) is to the
left of the client area. For other languages, the style is ignored." But at
least for Windows 7, this does in fact seem to be supported for non-bidi
languages.

Nobody has actually asked for this and other Windows terminals/consoles don't
do this
either. Closing.
